| Re: Car Bodywraps I was thinking more of the Yellow & Red scheme, but that works too. I think the trick would be to avoid making it look like a wannabee SS but still keep the Arbarth feel. |

| Re: Car Bodywraps This is the car that sprung to mind, but there were a lot of different schemes but mostly they were a mix of the Arbarth badge colours. |

I'm Thinking This Loz | That looks great, but unless you can make your 1.2 look, go and handle like that, I would leave yours alone. |

If i get a new job then its my 3 month plan | Sorry, I can't see fitting a supercharger onto your 1.2 giving you 150bhp.
but I will be happy to revisit this thread in 6 months to see how well you are doing, but tbh you really need a reality check. |

| Re: Car Bodywraps Tbh not really if you do your research on the Punto 1.8 HGT and its performance not hard to replicate with the right parts so by all means be snide thats your choice IMHO if i were to strip the car completely to its bones inc seats e.t.c. the punto has a 200 - 270 bhp potential with the right amount of cash and effort but i am aiming for between 100 - 190 bhp and to me thats success enough |

| Re: Car Bodywraps Many moons ago when I had my smart mapped at Reddot Racing I met a Belgian ( I think he was Belgian anyway) called Peter from GSR engineering? The guy was a proper boffin, if you can track him down you'll get some great info on tuning your car. |

| Re: Car Bodywraps I quite like the look of the Abarth that you posted up PP
I do admire your ambition for the project PP and I really hope you can pull it off.
Claymore was not making a "snide" comment to you earlier but merely trying to point out the huge difficulties in which you face, not least of which strapping a supercharger to it and gaining the horsepower that you have in mind
Sometimes here on the forum it is very easy to misunderstand someone's meaning or interpretations - trust me I know!
Claymore is well versed in the use and installation of superchargers, he has read the book and worn the tee-shirt so any advice that he may give should be taken onboard
If you are still considering the car body wrap idea: Totally Dynamics based in Enfield Herts http://www.totally-dynamic.co.uk/go/...ranchisee.html have a marvellous reputation with this type of modification, also they can take care of all the artwork for you, they can then send you the proof of how it will look before you give the go-ahead.
I wish you the very best of luck with your project and I shall follow this one with great interest

| Re: Car Bodywraps Your a gent Yeah i understand what claymore was saying now but at the time i never thats the problem with typing you struggle to add a 'tone' to it! lol I am hoping come goodwood to have this juice in the motor the Supercharger is one of many many options to do to my car xD |

| Re: Car Bodywraps You really want to research supercharging properly before you do it. My supercharger will take power from 140bhp to 230bhp before I start mapping and playing around with it. That's already £3000! now add in the BBK, the uprated clutch as mine won't handle the power and all the little add ons most people forget and it's soon £6000. For the price of my build I could have just bought an M3 (not insure or afford to run though!). In the end I am aiming for 250bhp+. Something I believe is useable with a great chassis, suspension and brakes, but affordable and maintainable.
If you really want to supercharge your engine then stop thinking about pointless vinyl wraps and spend the money where it counts! Tbh I've gotta agree with Claymore, but of course I will offer advise and wisdom where I can and wish you the best of luck.
Have you got a 'shopping list'? What's on it?
