Bloody Solicitors!

cant help but feel that iv been completely messed around.

9 weeks ago i had an accident, other driver was at fault and i had witness statement. i got the witness statement in paper 3 days after the accident.

5 week onward and was finally asked for witness statement, 2 weeks after that, they were finally sent off. in the meantime the other insurance company put me fullay liable for the incident.8 weeks on and i was speaking to my solicitor about what to do next, and in the ninth week i found that 3 days before i spoke to my solicitor, the other insurance company took one look at the witness statement and accepted liability.

my solicitor didnt even know! and i found out this from the hire car company!

i feel a bold red email coming along.
