Angry Another hit and run victim.

I returned to my car on Saturday to find this.... (Click for larger image!)

I can't beleive that someone who did so much damage could just drive off. Gutted is the only word I can use to describe how I am feeling right now.

I spend a while beating out the panel as the wheel arch was catching on the wheel and done an "invisible repair". At least it is drivable for now.

(The wifes not convinced so it's off to the bodyshop I go today.) This is not going to be cheap and I don't see why I should lose insurance NCB over it.

Not sure if I should go for a new arch, new audi wing, generic wing or get a second hand wing from the scrappy and respray it. Any suggestions? If you know who did this I'd be very grateful if you could put me in touch.

Judging by the height it must have been a 4x4 or commercial vehicle.

wife had the same done to her rover a couple of years ago a scrapped wing and respray ( from red to allum green or sumthing like that ) and dusting the other panels off to match cost around £120

same thing happened to her. a van reversed into it and drove off. 2 woman witnessed it, then told my mum ( who they didnt know was related ) but backed down when we asked them about it.

What kind of a w****r would do that?! White van maybe? It gets to the state when you worry about parking your car because some t**t is likely to hit it.....if I ever caught someone hitting my car I make sure they wouldn't be able to drive again!

Best quote so far £300 unless I can find one in the scrapyard that is the correct colour? (I know I'm not that lucky!)
