I would be looking at the front of the car, that's where headlights usually are.

You must ensure they are CE marked and approved for UK vehicles. A lot of aftermarket lights are for "show use only".

I don't suppose civic type r lights are the same? There's more modding stuff out there for ctrs than accords.
