xu turbo into a peugeot 206 19D

Have a 1999 206 1.9 diesel, the engine was damaged and partialy striped, i have three turbo 1905 diesels from 405s and a xsara, will the xu turbo live where the DW 1.9 once lived?
Can see the obvious problems like hoses but can you see any physical problems i will encounter before i start. can it even be done?

YOu might have to relocate the intercooler from the top of the engine
