don't under estimate sierras and omegas (petrol though) And auto's with cruise are a gift on a long journey

Point A to B is more than getting to the end, it's about the experience. Some cars are great to own, others are great to drive; there is no comparison as far as driving experience goes.
I used to own a RWD Mercedes W210 E300D(N.A. 3litre Diesel-OM606 engine) One of the finest cars to drive. Sold it only because it was too long for our congested roads, and parking anywhere became a problem, The turbocharged E 300D was, I believe, a much better car than the one I had.
