Can i make my Peugeot 206 1.9 diesel go any quicker? Is there anything i can add to make it a little faster like a chip or something?

If it's turbocharged then you can tune it mechanically. No chips on the XUD engine - the whole lot is mechanically regulated.

If it's the straight non turbo then I'm afraid you're out of luck. Go and enjoy the go kart handling instead
