non turbo to turbo diesel

hello everybody after a bit of info is it possiable to fit a turbo to a2.5 diesel tal bot express pilote motorhome thanx

does the talbot use a ford engine by any chance ? is so it would be easier just to fit a transit engine

thanx for info the engine is a peugeot talbot engine if i manage to fit one would i need fit athicker gasket for the cylinder head

thats the bodge way of doing it.
the proper way would be to use lower compression pistons

could i just fit a turbo would it do any damage or could i increase the power any other way where about in canada you going went there last year great

you could but it might not last long depending on the coompression and boost pessure.
still would be easier looking towards a preturboed engine out of some citreion or pug van.
you would also have the problem of trying to map in the differences caused by the turbo

Yes it is possible, provided you restrict the boost pressures , or reliability may suffer.
