Intercooled Transit 2.5di

Hi people,
I have a 2.5di Transit turbo model, I am installing a larger water cooled turbo and a full sized fron mounted intercooler, interested to hear from any of you that may have 'played' with these engines before.
I am happy to share my experiences with you all, let me know what you think chaps.
