renault megane coupe spares or repair

hi all
we have a burgundy renault megane coupe 2.0 8v for sale on a s plate,
car is in very good cosmetic condition,
engine is good and runs with a 140k miles on but no service history,
has tax and mot untill may
electric windows, central locking, pas
selling for spares or repair as the gearbox whines in second gear, the gearbox as been removed and is sitting in the boot along with the clutch so would need to be towed/trailered away,,
too good to scrap just honestly needs a new gearbox or a repair if you know how,
this car will be advertised locally (smehwick west midlands) for £350 or nearest offer..
