my mate had one of these 1.8T though and its had 19" audi alloys went like #!#!#!#! of a stick how is the 1.6 because they are quite heavy for a small car ?

It is pretty rapid over 100hp, a lighter engine than the 1.8 but it has no turbo and so would be lost at the lights against the 1.8T. I am quite in love with the A3 and it sounds beautiful. Are you thinking of getting one?

Yeah itll be ether 105 or 110 bhp same engine thats in the wifes golf. feels nippy although the speed never seems to go up. Miss the turbo
