Listed on behalf of a friend who's just passed her final practical test and who is now a registered driving instructor, hence sale.

I've driven this car frequently and it is very pleasant indeed. It has the four cylinder 20 valve engine, which also featured in the A4, A6, VW Passat and Golf GTi amongst others. Well known and well respected for it's longevity and refinement. It's deceptively lively on the road as well.
It's easily tuned to over 200bhp with a simple remap so will suit someone looking for a straightfoward project. Similarly, anyone wanting a lively compact car should not dismiss it immediately.
