Default wot size for 12" sub box

can anyone tell me wot the best size is for a 12" sub box if u dont understand wot i men i mean size for best sound

Its not just the size it's the geometry/porting of the box as well and unless done correctly most will sound terrible.

There is a science to this around 1.25 cu ft of air in the box is needed for a sealed enclosure but if you go for a ported box it is different and you will need to take into account the materials used.

Are you using MDF?

yer i am useing mdf i have done a boot build in ma car and ma m8 wants me to do 1 for him and i want to get the best from his sub

read the specs for the sub it will tell you the recommended size for ported and sealed boxes
