Thumbs down Rear speaker buzz with engine on.

Since I fitted my radio there is an annoying buzz from one of the rear speaker but only when the engine is running. Any ideas what causes this, with the engine off everything is fine. If I play a CD, FM or DAB the buzz is still present when the engine is running.

Could it be a supression issue? Is the speaker faulty? Could it be a bad earth contact? Any ideas how I can track the fault down.
