Default JVC came with car nice but no manual.

Well i final picked the car up to day and ive been enjoying it this afternoon. The radio fitted is a JVC KD-LH401 and seeing as i got given it with the car its a very nice stereo too. Only thing is there seems to be alot of features on it and half im not sure how you use. Ive tried searching for a manual online but ive had no luck. can anyone help me out here with a link or something to the features on this stereo and how too use them. cheers.
Im after the user manual not the install manual which ive got already from JVC website.

I've got a JVC DAB fitted. The buttons and menus are a bit confusing but it does make sense after a while. I'll see if I can find the manual and copy out some of the instructions for you.
