Finally made my choice! Yesterday afternoon I had a Focal Bomba27V1 vented 11" 300watt active subwoofer installed, with an additional Audison VCRA remote subwoofer volume control.
Very very deep bass, and not a bad size either! the remote volume control is a very nice touch and this has been mounted in the armrest pocket under the flap out of site, perfect!

Just looked at the Focal website, I might consider these when I upgrade my speakers, they look pretty good.

I also love the SM9 studio monitors they make, £3000!
