Smile Turbo conversion

Hi name's Adam. Joined the forum as i'm getting a Clio 1.2 16v soon and looking to know if it's possible to fit a turbo onto this car. Any advice about how to go around this would be appreciated. Cheers

Hey and welcome to the site mate
we get asked this question quite a lot
adding a turbo is possible but it is alot of work and £££ where as it could well be cheaper buying a turbo car to begin with
quick read here
http://www.torquecars.com/forums/f10...-engine-15003/

to be honest you could turbo your 1.2 but the money spend strengthing the block, buying the turbo then getting it mapped could quite easy buy you a 182 or 197 engine depending on the age of your clio.
chances are buy fitting the other engine you would still have more power than a turboed 1.2
