Hi Bob and welcome to Torquecars. This is probably one of the longest first posts we have had in a while and I must say it is certainly the greenest
Im a big fan of the sleeper philisophy. Sadly though even if you spent big money on the engine of your car you are unlikely to get more than a few more bhp. That said there is still a lot you can do to make the car more fun. Your suspension Modifications would be pretty high on my list. I would also fit a panel air filter, fse fuell boost valve and use some ecotek power boost spray to clean out the engine. This should lift its performance back to where it should be. The sports cat and exhaust Modifications and even the induction kit will not make a difference to you so I'd ignore that and spend the money elsewhere. Anti roll bars can be a pain in the wet so Just go with stiffer springs and uprated dampers.
Before you take off the power steering make sure you know how heavy the steering will be without it. With the car stationary move the ignition switch to disengage the steering lock but without starting the engine. Now see if you can turn the wheel. When the car is moving it is a little easier but this will give you an idea of how much you need power steering.
