| newbie help alert hi everyone!
i am currently awaiting delivery of a piper manifold with sports cat and full system for my corsa d 1.4.
someone mentioned the issue of dash lights coming on due to the new greater flow and suggested an o2 simulator.
where can i get a good mechanical one from pls.
pics of my ride....

| Re: newbie help alert you can get sleeves that they attach to the sensor and they sit outside the exhaust. you probably shouldnt have an issue with a sports cat. a decat however would cause issues

you must have one seriously sensitive ECU if its throwing error codes up with a sports cat. for the hassle you might as well fit a full decat and swap it back come mot (or equivalent ) time |

Surely an engine light will only come on if the engine starts running too rich or lean. As long as the extra flow through the egnine is matched with fuelling then I can't imagine you would have trouble with a sports cat.
