Default Mazda3 speedo calibrate

Hi
I have a 2009 Mazda3 GT with 2.3L non-turbo engine. The final drive is zoom-zoom 4.1 ratio. The Ford Focus has a 3.4 ratio. Is there a calibrator that will work on the Mazda3 to correct the speedo?

to TC!
Why exactly do you want to correct the speedo on what seems to be a brand new car?

Loz and herb,
My question is in regards to changing the final drive ratio to drop the highway RPM and possibly get better fuel economy. I want to line up a method of correcting the speedo before I commit to the expense of the gears. Eh!
Regards,
rotor

Hello and welcome. I think you'd need a different gear pickup for the speedo. An import specialist who does km to miles conversions will probably be able to help out.
