as for the plain clothed police car i can't quite find out.
It was built to police spec ie bigger brakes better alternator etc but when i bought it it came with full volvo service history and when i enquired at my local volvo dealers they told me it was same spec as the police force order but according to them it never went to the police ??? it was sold to the public.
also it's very clean interior wise for an ex plod no holes broken bits of trim, my mate from work had the newer shape ex plod looked good from the outside terrible inside and underneath boot floor dented in ,engine very oily to look at.
but hey we've all seen how the police treat them when there trying to catch someone one the Motorway it's not there car! LOL
