Hi!
I'd like to make a tuning for my car, but I can't find a tool to preview the result. To draw a model of my car, rotate, find the best variant. Does anybody know something like that? Thank you!!!

If your talking about doing something like a virtual car then any decent photoshop program will work.

Blender is an open source 3D drawing package, it is quite hard to learn but is very very powerfull and will do what you want. You'd still need to draw the model from scratch though.
