Exclamation BMW 318i 1998 petrol need help

Hey guys ...

(sorry for any spelling mistakes)

my name is Robert just bought my 1st car.. BMW 318i Petrol from 1998 If i am not mistaking its e36 currently 136000 miles.

I am very exited to start upgread my car. When ever I am speeding up to take over a car or just for fun I feel like my car could do so much better.. I had search through internet for help from youtube to some sites and find this site most helpfull.

I would like to fit in better air intake system and supercharge, but tbh no idea where to start. I had look through e-bay and other online shops my budget is quait large so there is no worrie for money but I really need help as dont want end up in some local garage and pay a fortune for not good done job. You know if you want something to be done well do it your self.

if you would have any helpfull links or websites or just tips where to start please please help me.


apart from engine I would like to place some car audio and new body kit as well but again dont know where to start if you would like i can upload some pictures from inside and outside and engine and explain whan i want to change look wise.

If you have a large enough budget i'd upgrade your car by buying one with a bigger engine to begin with. There's not much you can do to a NASP petrol car without spending lots and lots of money.

yeach just spoke with my friend who owns same car just a bit younger and she says if I would just put good turbo charge this will make big diffrence to this car it will cost but bmw its good car especially like one I own... would us agree or not.?
