If there is a problem with just over a month of usage i would suggest one of the following;
Lack of bedding in procedure, clutches still need a bedding in period of 3 - 500 miles.
Incorrectly adjusted clutch. Sorry, i'm not familiar with this motor so not sure where the adjustment is, at the pedal if it's hydraulic or box end if cable etc.
The clutch itself is not capable of the duress of your engine.
If it was incorrectly fitted, there would most probably have been problems from the begining.
Take it back to where it was fitted and get them to sort it.
