Yes it is. Get a set for your car from a 220 or 420 GTi from a breakers yard. You may need the servo as well. Most garages will be able to do the conversion for you but it is worth ringing around for prices.

It will make a big difference to your braking. Especially if you get the bigger vented front disks.
