I've notice people slowing up a bit on Motorways - perhaps it's the high cost of fuel?
I remember in the good old days

Lots of drivers would shoot past me but now there is only the odd driver, usually with foreign plates in a German car that flys past me. (An a Peugeot 406 HDi Diesel oddly enough!
