Default MOT time

Well just picked up the car from the garage and passed. phew i always hate MOT time usually coz theres a whole list of things that need done to pass or warnings about things

the civic always failed on the nearside rear brake from some reason. i even cleaned it out before the mot and it still failed .

still the bushes that only had 2k left on them were still fine 3 years (40k) later.

Whats have you had to have done to get you car through an MOT ?

And can any body explain what the MOT stands for ?
