Nice car - shame about the problems. I really think the engine should be stripped right down and rebuilt. It sounds like it is over stressed or has been neglected. Have you checked the pistons and head for damage? The water and oil pumps may also be showing signs of wear.

Have you spoken to Sumiyaka? It might be something really stupid like the crank is ground or reassembled the wrong way
