I always had engine oil changed every 12,000 miles. And likewise the Pug, which specifies every 12,000 I usually have done every 10,000 because of the extra load the remap puts on it.

Having said that, I do use just about the best high perforamance diesel oil available and my Peugeot specialist says that I could happily leave it 20,000! I'm not that brave though
