The 1.8T should map comfortably to around 200 bhp and still keep its impeccable manners, or more if you're very agressive with the parameters. That amount of power, in an A3, which is a slightly lighter car, would see mine off I think.

Some people have taken them to over 250bhp but apparently this really does put some load on the turbocharger and cooling system.
