Probably not unless you want to go to court and contest that you weren't there. The wardens often carry digital cameras now, so you'll also have to argue that digital camera evidence is inadmissible (which it generally is) but you're going to have to lie to get the chance to do so.
Personally I'd pay the fine and forget about it.
If you're found to be lying in court you could be up on a charge of perjury, which cost Jeffery Archer four years imprisonment. It's unlikely to go that far, but, don't set a precedent. |
