Bigger disks make a massive difference on Braking feel. You can really sense the point of lockup if you have large disks. More caliper pressure will just cause the brakes to lock up when the tyres grip is exceeded wheras bigger disks give a higher friction surface to dissipate motion in the form of heat! Vented and Grooved disks are also a plus. |
