Some people! I told someone they had a brake light out 12 weeks ago and they still haven't fixed it. My car beeps at me if a bulb goes so it forces me to do it.
The reason for this thread was a guy drove into the back of me at a roundabout and his excuse was - "my brakes don't work i'm driving to the garage to get them fixed!"
Thankfully there was no damage.
