Default Steering the car.

How do you steer the car and do you use a different technique on track days? (YES FINGERS I KNOW 'WITH THE STEERING WHEEL' !)

I guess there are a few main methods - feed the wheel through the hands generally keeping them at the 10 to 3 position (look at a clock face!).

Then there is the fixed hands which stay where they are with the arms crossing over for corrective steering (I guess mainly on a quick lock to lock steering rack.)

Palm steering where you press your palm into the wheel and steer with one hand. (How many times has this method caught you out on an adverse camber etc....)

Any more?
